Vision Mission

The vision of our institute is to empower and prepare candidates to excel in their SSB interviews and assessments for various defense services such as the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard. Our aim is to provide holistic and comprehensive guidance, not only focusing on the technical aspects but also developing the candidates' personality traits, leadership qualities, and communication skills.

To provide expert SSB guidance under supervision of experienced trainers and professionals who offer expertise Mentorship in various areas such as Psychological tests, Group task and Personal Interview. Our Founders

Captain (IN) Bhupendra Joshi (Retd) is a seasoned Navigation and Direction specialist who served in the Indian Navy for over 17 years. He has assessed around 30,000 candidates in Stage 1 and conducted psychological evaluations for 9,750 candidates in Stage 2 at Naval Selection Boards. With extensive experience, he has also trained officers in psychological techniques for both the Indian Navy and Army.

Lieutenant Commander Yashwant Charan (Retd) was commissioned into the Indian Navy in 2011 as a Technical Officer in the Electrical Branch. He became one of the youngest GTOs in the Indian Armed Forces and served at Naval SSB Kolkata and 33 SSB Bhopal. With extensive experience, he has assessed over 9,000 candidates in Stage 1 and 1,500 in Stage 2 for both the Indian Navy and Army, and also served as an instructor for GTO trainees.
